In the past, the deficiencies of their Emacs keybindings have made it difficult for me to switch (from Eclipse which gets this mostly right, and has the Emacs+ plugin if you need more Emacs features). I've only used it briefly, but the only thing missing that bothered me was lack of "Quit" action (defaults to Ctrl-G in Emacs) which I use frequently, but they appear to be getting all the important things correct.
I'm not sure whether these improvements have made it to their other tools besides IDEA 12.
