I’ve always lived on main streets, but I never tried to measure how constant the noise really is. So I downloaded audio from a security camera and built a small site that shares my experience of living on a noisy avenue in Brazil. All recordings are anonymized. It’s interesting to see how the noise changes throughout the day.
