Does then mean that the Oracle/OpenAI data center they're currently building (was it "Stargate" maybe?) won't be ready for at least 7 years? Or does it make sense for them to have both their own data center + use AWS for hosting?

could also ask what about Azure partnership ? I think it's just a matter of more is better, compute has no smell.
