If civilized world falls apart the active TB will spread with disastrous results

so, let the infected countries responsibly set up a program to vaccinate and treat affected citizens. I am 100% certain that "western" countries would be happy to provide the expertise.

But free handouts? Good luck. We in the "western world" are broke, worse than broke. Deeply and irreversibly in debt, in fact.

TB is also widespread in the natural world. That won't change anytime soon.

Good thing TB respects borders and that drug resistant TB isn't a thing.
