There's no citizenship requirement for First Amendment protection. If you're in the U.S., you have freedom of speech, religion, press, assembly and petition.
Trump's executive order and the actions of any who try to execute it will be challenged, challenged again, and free speech will remain in play until the Supreme Court rules in favour of Trump with a narrow focus restricting the Amendment to "citizens only" or somesuch ... which may or may not happen and may or may not result in some pushback from Americans at large.
It doesn't matter much to the anti-immigrant people if the Constitution applies to non-citizens or not... the deported will have a lot of trouble filing lawsuits to overturn any rulings due to being locked up or in another country, and anybody else filing on their behalf would lack standing.
