I rock draw.io everyday at work. I paid for lucid chart for ~ 2 years before switching. After a few sensible default swaps, I can make better looking diagrams faster in draw.io than lucid.

I love lucidchart but draw provides the same functionality for free

I’ve used draw for about 8 years, it’s my go to for all of my diagrams. It’s what I use for a virtual whiteboard & send everyone the copy after the meeting. I prefer it over Lucid, since there’s a fat client to work offline.

this is a diamond in the rough. my favorite things?

- it embeds the diagram source in the png it exports so you can edit the diagram after export - it can generate uml diagrams - its confluence plugin versions diagrams with the page

Draw.io is more popular ig personally. None of us knew lucidcharts but almost everyone knows draw.io here.
