Agreed. Nothing worse than hearing a non-technical-business-resource-humanoid mention that they'll just write up the specs and hand it to the coders. Unfortunately, that's the world we live in.

It's just lazy entrepreneurialism. Everyone wants to make lots of money without having to really do the taxing lowly day-to-day work.

Not in every case but most notably anyone working in the role of project manager, an actor who I give the hook to as soon as I'm on a project.
