CS degree from UK University, 5 years exp - 3 as Field Support Engineer, 2 years Application Support Analyst. Currently supporting 50+ real-time critical financial applications & 15,000 users.
Other expertise includes data analysis, databases, managing PPC campaigns, Wordpress, customer aquisition, technical writing, business plan development.
Working knowledge of Python, RoR, HTML, CSS, SQL reporting some PHP and mySQL. I have also built some basic iOS apps in my own time and I earned a place on a UK startup incubator.
Looking for an opportunity to join an analytics or software startup, learn the product inside out, provide first class customer support. Ideally with the opportunity to move into development.
