However this data isn't scaled for the overall popularity of Indeed as a job-posting site. If you look at that baseline [2] things aren't so notable. For example, take the 2020-02-01 to 2022-03-01 span: Software dev postings rose ~2.66x, but much of that was probably related to how all postings were up ~2.05x.
The decrease, on the other hand, remains interesting.
