Meh. None of those are enough to create a full service and it gets exponentially expensive the more your services consume.
I honestly don't understand how anyone can build on those expensive offerings.
You're essentially working to pay those expensive service providers.
Maybe it's convenient, I'm not so sure about that, but it's at least 2 times and the more traffic you use up to 10 and more times more expensive than regular servers.
do remember Oracle Cloud is the devil here: it is the most generous out of all (4C Ampere ARM CPU with 24G memory and 200GB storage "free forever" despite there are clearly no free lunch in this world) at the cost of your dignity and soul.
