I read some of SICP in my second sem of CS undergrad, and in hindsight it provided a really nice summary of stuff to come later like synchronization
Also the exercises are very well done and some of the harder (yet doable) ones made uni workload seem incredibly easy in comparison
But personally not really on the lisp bandwagon, not out of dislike but because because the syntax feels too unnatural compared to C and the lack of practical applications
