Yeah, I think that's a big part of the difference.

Also, if somebody posts online complaining about their Facebook interview and the feedback they got, it's essentially going to be lost in the noise of other discussion of Facebook. If somebody posts their feedback from RandomStartup and says the interview was biased or otherwise bad, it could end up being in the first page of Google hits for the company, which would be a mess.
